Our designer name was Toni and she was VERY kind, friendly and thorough in throughout the process. They really work with your need and ideas too. The quality of work is very good and seems sturdy. We have them install just a weeks ago and process of installing was super slick and professional. It may be somewhat expensive than people do with a handyman but this is a matter of quality and perfection to us which is why we chose the closetrehab over anything else. Working with a handyman takes so long and you need to provide supply as well, where this place install 5 major closets in less than 4 hours since everything was pre-made and packed accordingly.
Everything was wonderful from when Toni came to my home, offered suggestions but also listened & heard my needs. The installation was flawless. Ray & Carson were on time, professional, knowledgeable & very nice to deal with. Also, hats off to Aaron who came in to do a minor adjustment. I love my new closet! & highly recommend Closet Rehab!
